You must have a ninja with only 1 talent opened ,and under level 4. Charles web proxy.
1.open ninja saga chose your character but dont play.
2.open charles and  refresh the page again,the recording in charles muct be enabeled
3.when you get in character tab in charles must be some small blue folders.
4.one of them must be http://app.ninjasaga.com right click and check breakpoints.

5.The charles settings should look like this^
6.than click play on your character.
7.execute up to 7 times than

than open the break point ,and go to the first talent that has an id it may be the 2

8.go to your talent and u can level up the next talent ,without passing the 1st to lv 5 .

see my talent when i try to level up it says require lv 5 in previous skills, its 100% working and 100% penmanet .

For fiddler : If the fiddler opens to you but the .swf files you put on it dont works is simple what you need to do: 1.go to tools than Fiddler options
                     2.at the fiddler options tab go to HTTPS,and check the decrypt HTTPS trafic
                     3.there will be opened 1 tap click yes,after clicking yes there will open another tab,and in it click yes,than put a .swf file and try again ,it will 100% work.

Tf when fiddler is opening you get an error:
1.open fiddler
2.go to tools ,than Fiddler options.
3.in the fiddler opptions tab,go to  connections tab
4.change the fiddler listens on port : from 8888 to another port (you can choose randomly the port)
5.refresh fiddler and youll see that you will not have any problem.            

                                      the settings should look like this ,and the port mustn't be 8888
